These Terms are an agreement between you and KTrading Group Limited, the New Zealand company that operates PhotoAd Pro.

By creating an account or using PhotoAd Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for that business.
1. The service
PhotoAd Pro turns your photos and words into short advertising videos. Features may include templates, editing, rendering, planning, downloading and sharing. The service may be changed over time. Rendering can be queued and may occasionally fail; keep copies of important source photos and download finished videos you want to retain.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure.
You must be at least 13 and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you use PhotoAd Pro for an organization, you must have its authority.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact ryan1000djr@gmail.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your photos, words and videos
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant PhotoAd Pro a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, resize, crop, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you. That licence ends when the content is deleted, except for short-lived backups and legal retention described in the Privacy Policy.
You may use your finished videos commercially, subject to third-party rights and any licence limits displayed with a particular asset. PhotoAd Pro and its licensors retain ownership of the app, software, templates, fonts, music, effects and branding. You may use provided assets as part of finished PhotoAd Pro videos; you may not extract, resell or redistribute them as stand-alone assets.
4. Your advertising responsibilities
You are responsible for your ad, including the rights to its photos, music, logos and people, and the truth of its claims, prices and disclosures. Do not upload or create content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, malicious, or designed to harm the service or another person. Regulated claims, endorsements, promotions and advertising disclosures must comply with the laws and platform rules that apply to your audience.
We may block or remove content and suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address a violation, security threat or legal request.
5. Google, social platforms and other services
Optional third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Connecting or sharing to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google or another provider does not make PhotoAd Pro responsible for that provider's availability, review, removal or use of content. You choose what to send and remain responsible for the destination account.
6. Free service, future plans and changes
PhotoAd Pro is currently offered as a free pre-release service and does not collect payment details. We may introduce limits or paid plans later. Prices, billing, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before you choose a paid plan; paid charges will not begin without your agreement.
We may update the service or these Terms. We will post the new effective date and give reasonable advance notice of material changes when required. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means accepting the updated Terms.
7. Suspension and deletion
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. See Delete my data. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach, a security risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and a chance to export finished work.
8. Disclaimers, liability and governing law
The service is provided with reasonable care, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every result will fit every advertising purpose. To the extent permitted by law, KTrading Group Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or loss caused by content or services outside our control. If liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount you paid PhotoAd Pro for the service during the 12 months before the claim.
Mandatory local rights remain in force. Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer guarantee, privacy right or other protection that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. These Terms are governed by New Zealand law, but that choice does not remove mandatory protections or courts available to you under the law where you live.
