Delete your account and data.

Delete it in the app

1. Open PhotoAd Pro and sign in.
2. Open Settings, then Account.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Review the warning, confirm your identity when requested, and choose Permanently delete account.

The live account record is removed immediately. If a render is active, finish or cancel it first so all working files can be cleaned safely.

Request deletion by email

Email ryan1000djr@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my PhotoAd Pro account. We may ask you to verify ownership. We will complete a valid request within the period required by applicable law.

What deletion covers

• Your account, sign-in identities and active sessions.
• Saved business details, advertising plans, drafts and template choices.
• Uploaded photos, rendering work files and finished videos held by PhotoAd Pro.

Encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 14 days before being overwritten and are not used to restore a deleted account. Files already downloaded to your device or posted to another service remain there and must be removed separately.

Deletion cannot be undone

Download anything you want to keep before deleting your account. For privacy questions, read the Privacy Policy or contact us.
