PhotoAd ProGlobal privacy policy
Your photos stay yours.
This policy explains what PhotoAd Pro collects, why we use it, where it may be processed, and the choices available to people around the world.
1. Information we collect
| Information | Why it is needed |
|---|---|
| Account and sign-in data | Email address, password hash, Google account identifier and verified sign-in status, when you use those options. |
| Business details | Store name, industry, contact details, address, hours, social handle and service area that you choose to save. |
| Your content | Photos, text, templates, drafts, plans, rendered videos and editing choices needed to create and manage your ads. |
| Technical and security data | IP address, browser or device information, request times and error records used to run and protect the service. |
| Support communications | Messages and information you send when you ask us for help. |
We do not currently collect payment-card data. We do not sell personal information, use customer photos or videos to train AI models, or use third-party advertising trackers.
2. Why and how we use information
- Provide accounts, save projects, render videos and deliver requested features.
- Authenticate users, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and keep the service secure.
- Send essential account or service messages and answer support requests.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Improve reliability using limited operational information.
Depending on where you live, the legal basis may be performance of our contract, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, compliance with law, or consent. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. International data transfers
PhotoAd Pro is operated from New Zealand and its service providers may process information in other countries. Privacy protections can differ from those in your home country. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as an adequacy decision, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK transfer mechanism, or another lawful transfer arrangement. We also assess providers and limit the information they receive.
5. How long we keep information
- Account, business, project and finished-video records remain while your account or the relevant item remains active.
- Temporary upload and rendering files are scheduled for cleanup after they are no longer needed, generally within 7 days after a job completes.
- After account deletion, live account data is removed immediately; encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 14 days before being overwritten.
- Security and support records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, dispute handling and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
Downloaded files and content you have posted to another service are outside PhotoAd Pro's control.
6. Your choices and rights
Subject to local law, you may ask to access, correct, receive, restrict or delete your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may delete your account inside the app or follow our account deletion instructions. Send other requests from your account email to ryan1000djr@gmail.com. We may verify your identity and will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you.
You may complain to your local data-protection authority. Contacting us first can help resolve the issue quickly, but it is not required.
7. Global coverage and local law
This is the worldwide core policy for PhotoAd Pro. It is designed around common requirements found across major privacy systems: transparency, a stated purpose and lawful basis, data minimisation, security, limited retention, individual rights and accountable international transfers. It does not replace mandatory local law.
Depending on where you live or where PhotoAd Pro actively offers the service, additional requirements may apply. These include, without limitation:
- Europe: the GDPR in the European Economic Area, UK GDPR and related national laws.
- North America: applicable United States federal and state laws, and Canadian federal or provincial private-sector privacy laws.
- Asia: laws including South Korea's PIPA, Japan's APPI, Singapore's PDPA, and applicable laws in India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and other markets.
- Oceania: the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and, where applicable, Australia's Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles.
- Other regions: applicable privacy and consumer laws in Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and any other market where the service is offered.
The rights in section 6 are the common request route for every user. If local law gives you additional rights, shorter response times, a local complaint route, or stricter consent and transfer protections, those requirements also apply. We will add a country or language notice when local law requires details that cannot be communicated clearly in this global policy.
8. Children, security and policy changes
PhotoAd Pro is a business advertising tool and is not directed to children under 13. Users must also be old enough to consent to data processing and enter a contract under the law where they live. If you believe a child supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No internet service can promise absolute security. We will update the date above when this policy changes and provide additional notice before a material change when required.
